Is this a hepa filter, like the dyson? i don’t see the word hepa here though i do on the dyson one.

It is not the same one compared the original one. The original one has a sheer net in the filter surface to get the dust. This one doesn’t have it.

Having trouble installing the inner filter. when i reset it shows red? what am i doing wrong?

The life of the activated carbon filter will be reset and ready for use. 2. Replace the HEPA filter: After installing the new HEPA filter, plug in the power and press and hold the Night mode button on the remote for 5 seconds until the screen ends. What’s the purpose of the brush?

To clean the outer filter. I have dogs and the filter fills with fine fur that passes through the outer housing. The brush cleans away the “buildup”

Does it actually work with the hp04? i keep seeing negative reviews about compatibility but dyson is sold out!

We do not have a TP04. - - - This replacement filter does not fit perfectly on a TP01.
