Great toy for young kids.
Daughter was very happy that santa got her what she wanted. It didn't come with batteries so she played without them until we bought some. Apparently there is a lot of modes or games but it is very confusing. You press the back or nose a certain number of times for a different game and the eyes change light pattern and sound but they all look similar to me and I can't tell the difference in change. Hopefully we get the hang of it fortunately my daughter is happy as long as it makes noises so we're good.

Kind of like a Furby for cat lovers
This was a Christmas gift for my young niece, she loves cats so this was a perfect gift, she loved it and immediately wanted to open it and play with it. The toy plays games and interacts with the kid and will even "talk to" and play with another cat if you have more than one. Its kind of like a furby but a cat.

I love this product because I am evil
I love this product because I am evil. It is super noisy. If you have any sensitivity to noise - DO NOT BUY THIS. There is no sound reduction or alteration on this toy. So you get loud or nothing. I looked up "robot kitty' and this is what I got. I bought this to replace an actual kitty that was taken away from a little girl because she loves kitties. She loved it!!!

My daughter loves this thing! I learned to appreciate it more when I figured out how to turn the sound down. It does tend to get a little annoying as it keeps making the same sounds over and over and to me it doesn't really seem to do much. However, it keeps my 7 year old busy for a decent amount of time.... just be prepared to go through A LOT of batteries because this thing eats through them!

Not an intelligent, easy to use device. "Games are a joke" Don't lose instruction sheet!
It may appeal to some children but beware that this is not an intelligent, easy to use game device. The "digital display" defies easy interpretationm by children (and adults) of all ages. Plan on referring frequently to challenging instructions and interpretations. Guaranteed to give boredom a bad name for most children. Save your money!

Great toy!
My kids LOVE these!! I purchased these because they were cheaper than the Zoomer Kitty. When my daughter opened it she was disappointed but once she started to play with play with it and interact with it she loved it. I bought 3, one in different colors for all the kids and the cats interact with each other too. I'm pleased with my purchase!

Don't forget the ear plugs!
This toy is adorable - my children adore it. However, from a parents perspective it is basically torture. It is very loud and repetitive. There are very few activities that you can do - the music maker has to be the most obnoxious. "Mew mew mew mew mew mew mew mew mew mew mew mew mew" with a super loud piano in the background.Pros:- it is cute.- keeps the kids occupied.Cons:- no volume control.- may damage your hearing.- may make you hate every purple cat you encounter. If you could get away with never installing batteries, it would probably be a pretty nice toy to play with. I ended up having to make the kitty disappear. He may reappear sans the noise, but yeah... too much.

THE toy!
This was THE gift our 6yo had been begging for, for months. It's super annoying for parents, but she is obsessed! It's nice and small so she carries it everywhere and pets it constantly. The music feature is the most annoying part, but she jams out like no other so we'll be getting some earplugs from Amazon now.
