Purchased the item on 17th Sep, received on 12th Oct.Put the item together yesterday, was very easy to assemble. Instructions easy to understand, though grammar a little poor.X2 bolts missing, on the clip that attaches to the pushchair bar, contacted the seller yesterday and the response was quite disappointing. Just advised me that 'All our product accessories are shown in the picture, please check the package you received." This helps me how?Another message has been sent to the seller (again) with above pictures attached (again) so lets see if the response is better this time.If all parts were in the box and I could have goty daughter to use this item, the review and stars would be different. But, as stated cannot use it safely due to safety risk with 2 bolts missing.

The measurements stated on the advert are wrong. The width of the fixings where it attaches to the buggy are bigger than advertised.I bought this to fit my oyster 2 buggy but it doesn’t fit.

I like this buggy board the best

Bought for a young mum struggling with 2 babies. She has thanked me so many times as it has been an absolute godsend for her. Would definitely recommend to anyone with a toddler and new baby xx
