One of the product pics says “Not contain dirt” what does that mean?

The metal case does not attract dust via static electricity like one with a plastic case would.

It Start again when count down? If I put 1 minute, and the time finish, it again appears the 1 minute?

”It again appears the 1 minute“ is the memory function. You can press to start the 1 minute countdown again, or to reset the countdown time.

Is there a way to turn it off to save the battery? Or can you lock it off so it doesn't accidentally get hit and start counting down?

Dear Customer, It shuts off automatically a few seconds after you press the button to silence it or stop it from counting down. Mine is stuck on my refrigerator door and I've never accidentally hit it and started it counting down. It stays put very inconspicuously.
