Warped a bit and kind of heavy. Good for tight shots.
I got this because my 8 1/2' Brunswick GC2 sits right in the middle of 4 basement poles that have foam insulation wrappings to avoid cue damage. There's the occasional shot that can be nearly impossible without a shortie cue.I've got the 42" model and came in at 18oz with a bit of warp in the shaft. This kind of warpage in my main 58" cue would be a returned product but on something like a special use cue at $45 I'll deal with it. Being new to short cues it's surprising how hard it is to play on longer shots. Would not want to use for full games. It's almost too heavy with the short length, I don't think young shooters would benefit from this much weight if that's your intent.

Substantial.
This 30" pool cue is substantial in that it is nicely made and reasonably heavy to permit good pool shots in tight places.

I wanted to get a great gift for my husband who is so good to me. We needed a shorter weighted cue stick. I did my homework and read the reviews. I’m so happy to give this 5 star review! Perfectly weighted. Our billiards room is a bit to small on one side and this cue has elevated both of our games. Great product, excellent customer service. Couldn’t be happier

Too bad it was warped
The stick felt really good. Nice weight. Wobbled all over the table given the roll test unfortunately. I ordered a replacement. It never came. Got a refund.
