I write this as I am sitting here trying to assemble the unit. The included instructions are very bad. So just do to YouTube and find a video. Everything went well until the last step where you have to screw the unit. Guess what? The included screws are torque star type and don’t come with a bit piece. I do not have the required bit in my screw driver set and so am now stuck with a half assembled piece. Will have to make a trip to a hardware store to find the bit. How lazy of the seller to not include the bit. It’s not a very common piece that everyone has lying around the house. Taking a few stars from them for this reason. The unit itself looks good. Hopefully it will hold up.

Only had my dishwasher for a yr. But of corse everything is plastic.Glad I got this kit. My hubby switched out other things not only the broke part. Better quality.He watched a YouTube video and was easy

Good fit however the metal that replaces plastic OEM parts are rusting after normal home use.

Parts came as described. Installation was very easy on our Whirlpool dishwasher - used an online video for installation reference as the instruction manual was hard to follow.Overall, very happy with purchase.

Arrived early and the after market parts were actually stronger than what came with the product from the manufacturer.
