I liked how straight forward and easy it was to replace. I like it came with extra cleaning sponges as to not contaminate your filter. I wish they would have a strip test or something included so you can actually test your water. I have a separate reader but it would help to know that it's washed properly and working correctly filtering out toxins.

I am soooooo annoyed right now. I've had Berkey for years and when it was time to replace the filters, I decided to go with ProOne. According to the manufacturers website, each of these elements will filter 1200 gallons. So the two that I bought should filter 2400 gallons, which means these should have lasted me approximately 960 days IF I refilled the 2.5 gallon container every day, which I don't. I only fill it maybe every 3. It's barely been 6 months and my water smells and tastes like rotten dead fish. I'm mad. I'm very mad. I don't think I'm ever buying these again. Definitely going back to Berkey, it was still producing clean, good tasting and smelling water 2+ years in.What an expensive joke.

If you care about your health , get the Alexa pur or Pro pur water filtration system .

After about 3 months of use (with 4 filters installed) there is now brown sludge at the bottom of our water tank. We live rurally so the water is not always safe to drink. We are now out a lot of money since these filters do not work. I would not recommend buying.
