I purchased this lock for my new house front door in June 2022 but we installed it on December 2022 when the house construction was finish. It was working fine for about 2 weeks- on January 1st 2023 I tried to enter the house couldn’t unlock the door I tried every available option the lock had to unlock the door without any success. I called the contractor who installed it for help he had to break through the door frame to find out that deadbolt was jammed than he had no choice but to break the lock. Contacted the lock seller he refused to replace it and wouldn’t give me any information about the locks warranty.

First and foremost I love the feel of the product along with its eye catching sleek design. I can tell that they used heavy duty materials to craft the lock. On top of that this was a great product for the family and kids, it gives me piece of mind to know that I can always know that my door is locked simply logging into the Tuya Smart app! We feel much safer, I use to be paranoid checking the door all the time to make sure it was locked and now I don’t have to do that any more My kids simply think this is the best invention with the finger print feature.

Bought and have been using this device. The chip cards, I ordered a pack from amazon generic and they are all working without having to set them in the app. So I guess the cards are not individually set... For the first bit the lock was great but now the batteries only last for 3 days. I have a rotating set of rechargeables that have to change and charge often. None of the other smart locks I have are anywhere near as frequent usage. Honestly I like the product, it does what I need but I need something that stays charged longer.

so far this lock works great, no issues. Fingerprint works fine and so does all the other ways to unlock it. Stylish and loving it so far.

Bought 2 of this in october 2022. Had them installed. But once inted, when I try to add it to the tuya app, its imposible to pair it! I reached out to the seller in 3 ocassions, no responses.And now looking at reviews, all good reviews were from 2021, so I suspect the y stopped supporting tuya app and is now simply ripping people off and amazon does not seem to care.
