Okay quality
The balloons are very cheap, about 10 popped as we were blowing them up. So decided to "not blow them up so big" for the rest, however 2 of the smaller blown ones deflated by the end of the night.**the ballons had a very nasty bitter tasting coating over it. Definitely would not recommend kids blowing them since we don't know what's on it.My son's black pants had a white powder like substance all over it after holding the balloons for a few mins.The banner is good quality but because of the balloons, i don't think it was work the $$.
