This one is like life changing. It never gets stuck against walls other objects, I mean hell it even got up from under the couch. My cats are addicted to the feathers like their catnip. The ball makes chirping noises like birds and even my parakeets love that. And I can't tell you how much I love the fact that it doesn't take batteries that is actually rechargeable. Because let's be honest we all know batteries in those things are expensive. I'm so glad I got it.😁😁😆

I used to charge it for roughly 2-3 hours, once my cat started looking for it, I would turn it on & it would go crazy entertaining him all over the place. It would sleep when he was done & go when he started messing with it again for roughly 12 hrs off & on. Now, the charge time is the same as near as I can tell, I turn it on when he looks for it, he plays with it for only about 10 mins once every couple days now because instead of rolling all over & enticing him to play, it finds the closest wall & rolls against it & only moves if he moves it, then, after about 3-4 hrs of being in sleep mode, the battery is dead. I thought maybe it might have fur or hair around the tracks that I couldn't see causing some of the immobility issues, so I took off the white side covers & snap in panels, then unscrewed the clear plastic pieces & checked, there was nothing more than a small bit of lint, so that didn't resolve anything. In terms of cleaning, super easy to do. As for longevity, not that fantastic.So, my indoor cat just turned 2 & he loves to play & hunt. He enjoys playing fetch & pouncing on things, but I just can't keep his hours. An interactive toy is just what we needed. I am only allowed to upload one video, but if only I could add a couple more clips...when I was considering this toy & reading reviews, my cat came running in to see what the sounds were & was definitely interested in this toy based on what he heard alone, lol. That made up my mind to try this toy for him right then.Being rechargable is absolutely fantastic & so far, I charge it for a couple hours in the early afternoon & since it goes to sleep when it isn't used, is motion/sound activated, it keeps him entertained between his naps until the next day!Personally, I have a lot of fun watching the cat pounce/attack this toy. The video I uploaded has the sound on, but he prefers it with the sound off.It has different feather options, his favorite has the bells on it. I've had zero issues with it transitioning from carpet to hardwood & back, it hasn't picked up a ton of fur, so I haven't had to try cleaning it yet. There are times when it catches against a wall & can't seem to turn itself, but most of the time it just changes directions & charges off, which of course keeps my cat guessing & entertained.I've only had it for a week, but unless it stops working, this will stay my cat's favorite toy.Update: Additionally, when I wanted to reach customer service regarding a question about the toy a few weeks after my purchase, they were quick to reply & answered my questions. I can honestly say this toy is cat approved. I have a lab puppy as well & as much as he REALLY wants to play with it, his play is a little too destructive & so I don't let him. I do think a less destructive dog would enjoy this toy as well though.

If it senses that the cat isn't paying any attention, it'll go into sleep mode...AUTOMATICALLY! And when the cat comes to play with it, it wakes up...AUTOMATICALLY.This automated toy charges pretty quickly, and I play with it for hours and it only takes a few minutes to recharge. What's not to like about that?Furthermore, I'd have to say, don't underestimate this little stick of dynamite. It kinda looks like a cheap, flimsy apparatus, but it ain't. This crazy ball slams itself against the wall multiple times...it takes a beatin' and keeps on speedin'. I really expected it to fall apart after all that abuse (self-inflicted).This cat toy is my favorite toy!

Her favorite attachment is the multi-feather with the tiny bells but she likes them all. The way it rolls back and for at random and intermittently stops really keeps her attention and had her in huntress mode, which is great since she’s mostly an indoor cat. Our cats about 5 and loves this but I also think kittens would really the most and it would also help older cats be more active.

The media could not be loaded.  My dogs enjoyed this new toy a lot. They were hesitant and shy at first when I presented this new and foreign object to them, but their curiosity got the best of them. I realize this particular toy is branded as a cat toy, but my dogs enjoyed it just as much. I can’t wait for them to familiarize themselves more with this neat and stimulating toy. I can tell they are going to enjoy it immensely. The different settings and the bird chirps were a special treat. The durability is solid and the battery life was long. I wasn’t expecting that at all. Highly recommended!

The media could not be loaded.  This was a hit with my two cats. The ball makes bird noises, lights up, and spins. They seemed rather amused by it and it kept them occupied for a fair amount of time (they are cats with short attention spans after all). It is quality made and rechargeable! There are also multiple feathers you can switch out and you can perhaps add your own feather or other toy to the end. There is also an auto shutoff feature.

The cat toy we received never changed indicator lights to show it was fully charged. It blinks red the entire time, even after being plugged in overnight. Even so, it works as described for several hours. The ball maneuvers over wood and carpeted floors, gets itself out of corners and is undeterred by small objects on the floor. Our cat shows interest for the first minute or two that it is running and sometimes tries to tackle it. She isn't the type to paw at toys, so when the ball stops after 75 seconds, the cat might sniff it but doesn't touch it to restart it. If she would bat it, she might have more fun when it moved again. Since the battery indicator doesn't work properly and the toy only elicits mild interest from the cat, I gave it a middle rating. Not a big hit but not a miss, either.
