As a teacher of 30 years I have done a lot of writing on a lot of chalkboards and whiteboards. The waste of throwing away whiteboard markers has always bothered me, and most of the markers aren't that great to begin with. Not these. They (as well as the colored versions) write better than any other maker I have used, and also erase cleanly. When they run out of ink you can easily replace the cartridge with a minimum of waste. I have refilled the same marker easily more than a dozen times; as long as the tip remains in good condition you can do so indefinitely. I prefer the chisel to the rounded tip but they both work great. Could not recommend more highly.

I'm a professor who uses these on a daily basis. I'm pretty sure that I've tried every brand and type on the market, and these are BY FAR the best. They write well, the ink is dark, and they are super easy to re-fill. The tips don't get worn down (at least not in the 2 years I've been using mine) and the ink doesn't start to fade as the pen empties. It goes almost all at once and then you put a new cartridge on. I won't use any other kind.

I teach high school science and these markers have lasted longer than other popular brands. I like the refill option too. These markers produce dark, opaque lines and they have a tough nib.
