I bought this Display Port to DVI Adapter for my HP 2009m monitor to use as a second monitor for my desktop. It may be a 15 year old monitor but it looks good and still holds up today. It has been almost a week since I received the item and plugged it in. The item came in perfect condition and sealed tight in the package. Bought 2x cables for my 2nd and 3rd 24" 1080p side monitors about 6 months ago. Everything was working great until recently when one of my monitors is mostly unresponsive (I say mostly because occasionally and for only 5-30 seconds it'll reactivate).I've swapped changed cables between the two monitors as well as GPU ports to check for cable, monitor, or port issue and it seems to be related to the cable.I'll be buying another because of the Value, but wouldn't mind if I could get a refund/replacement.

I had the old Dell monitor with DVI and VGI ports and I initially bought a VGI adapter which wasn’t perfect as I saw little bit of shake. Then I replaced with this DVI adapter which is perfect and I don’t see any issues at all. Food by for the price it was offered.

The cable provided high quality video output. I would buy this again. A++++

For some reason an HDMI to HDMI connection wold not work on a sligntly older monitor......this fixed the problem

Bought for monitors in home office. Good price. Thought was a reasonable purchase. A month later the cords not working. Couldn't understand why my second monitor wasn't detected. But after replacing the cord, it worked so it had to be a bad chord. A month's usage sitting on a desk connecting a monitor and it fails? Not good.
