Just OK
I bought this so that I can communicate with my children from each of their rooms. So each of them has a different channel. In order to communicate with each, I have to be on the same channel as them. Here are some of the pros and cons.Pros:- Volume is loud and clear- It is portable so I can carry it with me rather than having to go to the station to talk- The battery lasts well. It lasts all day and I keep it plugged in overnight.Cons:- There is no way to tell which channel I am on b/c there is no screen that tells me that. So I have to push Channel + or Channel - button to hear the channel. So when I press channel+, it will go up and say "TWO" and then I know I was in channel 1 since I just raised it to 2. Then I have to go back to 1 again. All this just to know which channel I was on.- The voice that tells you the channel number or the volume number is REALLY LOUD. So, if I need to change the channel at night and someone is sleeping, I cannot do it unless I walk out of the room. And this volume cannot be changed.- There is no way I can speak to all other channels at the same time unless I put each one on the same channel manually. Then change them back to their own channels. This defeats the purpose of having the intercom all together then.

poor manual and no customer service information
I just received this product and fortunately it works great right out of the box. I say ‘fortunately’ because if it didn’t work correctly I wouldn’t know how to proceed because the manual is absolutely terrible. It’s just a few sentences (you can tell the author is not well versed in English). When I plug in the charging cord I have no idea how to tell when it is fully charged. Also I have no idea what the channel buttons are for. In addition there is no contact information or website of the manufacturer so I can’t mail in the Warranty Card! I’m keeping my fingers crossed there are no problems down the road because if there are, I’ll have no idea how to correct it!

Impressed!
We are using this for my elderly parents. We have a caregiver 24/7 at the house and they need to have a way to get a hold of her. We did not want a baby monitor where the caregiver could hear everything in the bedroom if my parents were talking. This intercom/walker talkie system is working perfectly. Even my 85-year-old parents are able to figure it out.

Excellent range for a house or a few houses over to talk to
Excellent intercom system, its not a walkie talkie but can be used as such, we tested it out through a housing neighborhood and got all the way half a mile before it started breaking up and that was through trees and houses as well as traffic. My kids and I use it when we are around the house as apposed to yelling for someone lol. Comes with a clip so you can talk to eachother on the go. Coming from the military I wish we had these instead of the stuff the military pushed on us.

Great for someone with dementia
I purchased the Chunhee after researching and reading ratings on different wireless intercom / walkie talkie. I was looking for a communication system for my father whom is 86 years young with dementia. It took one day for him to understand how to work the intercom. I would highly recommend this item. I used black electrical tape to cover the channel, volume and on/off buttons. The setup was very easy. You must follow the instructions.
