Easy if instructions followed closely.
I was not so careful is cutting the lengths of each of the connectors and had a tough time getting the wires in place inside of the plug. Reread and carefully trimmed the wires to the specified lengths and the wires fit nicely. I recommend that you cut and trim the wires as specified and connect the wires to the terminals and then place the terminals into the plug. I do believe that the plug will be water resistant. It is easily inserted and removed from the receptical. The cable clamp is secure and I do not believe the cable will slip out of the plug as it did with the OEM plug on my RV.

Don’t over tighten
Plastic housing is not super strong. Don’t over tighten the jacket restraining screws or they will pull out through the plastic housing.Otherwise perfectly adequate

solved my problem
used to replace the warm to the touch original formed rubber plug that was getting hot to the touch. Ambient 100, original plug head 160. I have found that the original heads that come with moho's have crimped connections and after about 10 years or so begin to fail due to corrosion inside the crimped wired connections. I have replaced 3 of these now with aftermarket units to solve the heat problem. If the plug is warm to the touch then it is failing and needs to be replaced. I also found that the 2 AC's on my unit ran better and cooler with a new plug. the new plug head is normal ambient air temp when running both AC's and my frig were as the original one was over heating. Replaced 2 melted outlets sockets before I realized that it is the heads causing the outlet failures. Not easy to catch all the threaded wires in the set screws but it can be done. Double check the set screws after running for a while as the heat can cause them to loosen. found the wires to thick to "tin" the ends, might want to try a sleeve connector from the local hardware store for the cable ends. Plug could have included these but didn't.
