DO NOT USE RECHARGEABLE BATTERIES! Great system that I thought was broken & great customer service!
This was my 2nd purchase of a Kinhank system. The first was a different model bought from an Amazon competitor - I was convinced it was broken. I couldn't get my controllers to work and I had no help from that competitor's customer service (and Google was coming up empty for my troubleshooting issues.)Soo I bought this system instead. Then the same dang thing happened - Controllers were not working. However, this Amazon vendor's customer service was amazingly responsive & helped me step by step troubleshoot this thing, until we got it to work. The culprit - Rechargeable batteries.DON'T USE RECHARGEABLE BATTERIES with this!Once I popped in normal ones, the controllers worked great and we've been gaming ever since.Loving this little system :)

Great idea but nowhere near as reliable as an actual console.
I bought this unit to avoid bringing my N64 to friend's houses but Half the games don't work and the ones that do lag like crazy. The graphics are really bad and it takes forever to configure your controller and graphic settings for each game you play. You often have to hit the off button on the console to go back to home screen. The 2D games run well though so if you are into SNES street fighter or super mario, it has its merit. I like that you can add or remove games as needed also. There is a flash card you can take out, insert in your pc, and download and play any game you want. Instead of buying this console, I would instead recommend buying a ps4 controller and install the emulators on your laptop. You will save money, get better games, and they will run better. $120 for this super console is a rip off, it should be no more than $30.

50,005 Games! Janky controllers. Still fun.
I am firmly in the demographic that the Super Console X Pro was made for. That is - the person who wants plug and play emulation without the hassle of dealing with building my own Raspberry Pi system. The Super Console X Pro delivers on this front. The system booted right up upon first try and there are 50,005 games across a wide variety of retro systems and old arcade games. There is a lot of shovel ware. Many selections flat out don't work. Some are systems you wonder why anyone bothered to emulate. (Virtualboy, anyone?) But there are a lot of winners as well and, even when you account for everything I just mentioned, there are still -- literally -- THOUSANDS of games to choose from. The fun my kids and I have had playing Street Fighter II, Gauntlet and more has already justified the price of admission. The included bluetooth controllers are a cheap and laggy, but still serviceable for a lot of old school games. I have heard that wired controllers will alleviate lag but am not sure I want to invest more money into what is a down-and-dirty, cheap emulator. The operating system is inscrutable but there are ample videos on Youtube that can show you how to pair controllers, change emulation settings, update firmware, etc. Bottom line is this is about as "plug and play" as you are going to find if you want a relatively hassle free emulation experience. It's far from perfect but, if you accept it for what it is, you can have hours of retro gaming enjoyment.

Does Not Work Well
It has many games loaded but several of them do not work, and many will cause the system to freeze when you are trying to play it. Very frustrating. I was not able to play PSP or N64 without it crashing the system. They should remove those consoles from the games list because they just do not work. Dreamcast does not accurately emulate the system so there is many glitches and graphical errors, plus it runs at a slow frame frate. Even DS and GBA games may run crappy, I expected much better performance for the price. I would not recommend this console.

This console is amazing!
This is the one to buy!I did a lot of research to find a simple plug and play retro console with the most games and watched a bunch of reviews on YouTube about these type of consoles, I am extremely happy with this unit! I got the 256gb version with two PlayStation like controllers and everything works as I hoped it would. The seller was quick to respond with a question I had and resolved it right away!If you're looking to simply plug something in and not mess around with a bunch of settings this console does that. It has every classic game I was looking for also playing with two players works flawlessly.I definitely recommend the super console x pro for anyone looking to play the classic game's you grew up with. And for the price it's totally worth it to have all these consoles & games all on one device.

Garbage. Barely played anything.
Returned, doesn't play any game I actually liked. Any fighting game either crashed, stalled or didn't play. Heavy hitter shooters, you couldn't move but turning was OK. It played graphically underpowered games like top down plane shooters alright but anything worth getting this for was downgraded in quality to fit the space, meaning either the textures were bad or missing sound. This was amazing for the first day until you figure out it's lack of worth. Conkers bad fur day was absolute garbage. Street fighter games or other Asian ones stalled and you had to turn off and on the system. Absurd. What I did like was the folder with modded games. Sure 97 percent didn't play and controls wouldn't work but still it was nice to see them in there. But if you do that please add Terrordome. It's a low texture horror character fighting game that might actually handle the space. If that game was on this and played, honestly I might have kept this unit. Otherwise the rest of the games just weren't worth it. And stop with the filler to pad your game count. We dont need 12 versions of the same game just from different countries. And don't put games that won't handle the space

Retro gaming bliss
Every game I remember playing is here. Absolutely love it. The price is incredible for what you get. Every game has worked so far. Controls have a very slight bit of lag, but I got used to it.
