Great Helmet
After reading previous reviews about the sizing of this helmet, I bought one 1 size larger. My head is small, 56, so I bought a medium. There is a review that the writer went 2 sizes larger, and I don't think that's a bad idea at all. Mine fits very snug. And after wearing it a little while, the foam pads will relax a little, and it will conform perfectly. The Sena bluetooth is simple and low profile; easy to use. The sound system is more than adequate for voice. I wish the speakers had better base response for listening to music.... Other than that, this is a great helmet at this price point.

Very comfortable if you get the right size.
The first helmet I ordered I used the size guide. I measured my head and it suggested a large size. I know that is too small, so I went up a size to XL. That helmet was still to small. I returned it and got an XXL which is snug but comfortable. It was easy to connect to my android phone. Then Sena app is pretty useless. It keeps suggesting I upgrade the firmware but doesn't give any way to do that. I see other reviews stating the same issue. Helmet is quiet while riding, the visibility is very good. I like the built in tinted visor. The volume controls work well, with turning on and off pretty simple. Great Helmet!

Middle of the road helmet
Fit well. Sound system is okay but not great. Road noise does seep in a bit and talking on the phone is impossible above 40mph due to the wind noise for the other person on the phone. Can still hear for the most part at highway speeds. Get what you pay for. The hidden sun lens is great.

Head measurement is way off, but it maybe just me.
It is a snug fit but everything you could ask for.Pros: speakers are loud, sun visor, easy controls and connectivity, good airflow,Cons: microphone gets in the way when closing helmet, location of the bluetooth control, no pinlock visor

Functional and Sexy
I got this helmet so I could listen to music while I ride around on my EUC (INMOTION V11), and it does a pretty great job at that. It has a wind blocker to shield the microphone as well, so when I get lonely, I can call my wife. The sound quality isn't amazing, but it's not terrible. It gets the job done, and it's DOT approved. I feel my head is safe when I'm riding around wearing it, it sounds good enough for me, and my wife says it looks cool. That's pretty much all I need!

Decent helmet
This helmet is great especially for the price. The Sena sound system already built in to a DOT cert helmet has outstanding sound quality and does great blocking wind noise and has alright ventilation (I do live in Florida where it’s humid which definitely effects it). Only reason it’s a 4 star is because the size chart. My head is on the lower side of the large size. Saw the reviews and originally got a XL… which was still way to small (cut off circulation in my head after about 15 minutes of use). Got the XXL and it fits great so just be sure to by at least a size up.Update absolutely the worst padding in this helmet it gives me headaches after about 30 minutes of riding. I do have a bony head but the padding that’s around the forehead area is like a thin piece of cloth. Will have to buy padding inserts.

Great Modular Helmet
I have ridden with this helmet now for almost six months. Fits perfect, Bluetooth and speakers work great! I think the helmet is quiet with plenty of airflow. I did ride this winter and did not really have any fogging issues as I kept the vent on the chin guard open. I do not use the mouth guard at all. The only issue I had was the sun visor was a bit sticky but some lube on the hinges fixed that with no issues. I am extremely pleased with this purchase!

Great Helmet Kit; or, it doesn't arrive intact
This issue has been reported to SENA, case # 537870. I ordered two of these. The first and second helmets arrived as seen in picture I. The part missing is seen in picture III. I just noticed, on a hot day, that I was unable to open the vent. I went back and watched some reviews of this helmet. That is when I noticed the part was missing. I then ordered a replacement helmet and found the policy that helmets must be returned unworn. The missing part, part III allows the vent to open. The second one arrived with the exact same problem. As it turned out, on examination of the packaging, I found part III loose in the packaging of the second one. The first one never had it. I took the part from the packaging and installed it in the first helmet so that I could return the second one.To install it you will need to:First remove the visor, as explained in the videosSecond, Remove the chin-bar, two screws that are visible under the visor.Third, remove the inner cover from the chin bar. There are five screws in the locations shown in image IV. Note, in Image IV, the inner cover has already been removed.Fourth, remove the foam, shown in image IV, from the chin bar.Fifth, squeeze the pin shown in image II with a pair of pliers and press the vent assembly out. Note that there are also three tabs holding the vent assembly in place.Six, press the back of the vent assembly as you push part IiI into the front of the vent assembly, as seen in picture V.Seven, When reassembling, be sure to get the seal over the vent assembly, as seen in image VI. Otherwise, it will not go back together.Eight. reassemble. Remember, the screws in the chin bar are going into plastic. Be sure to avoid overtightening them.Summary. I like the helmet. The Bluetooth is easy to use and it seems to work well. That said, when two out of two arrived with the same piece having fallen off, I can not give this helmet a good review.I also need to add. There are claims that this helmet has FM radio built-in. I have read the instructions several times, and I have watched the videos that touch on it. As far as I can discern, this helmet does not have an FM receiver built into it.
