Best I've Found
SUMMARYI use these often and they have beat out my old "go to" brand to help me get a better nights sleep. If you're expecting complete noise cancellation then you probably haven't used earplugs before...but it does a good job. If you know how to put them in your ear correctly (squish and proper angle) they fit and fill well. As with all earplugs like this it is hit or miss sometimes but these are the best I've used so far...the best balance of them all between comfort and noise prevention. The topper is the presentation and storage of these, top notch by comparison. Will order these again...recommended.PROSEase of Use:Squish (in a rolling format) and pop in your ear at the right angle to let them expand. It can be difficult to get in the ear if you get a wrong angle and miss per say. But the majority of the time I have no issues.Storage/Presentation:Comes in a plastic bottle with a flip top lid that works great with a shake or two to get a couple out. All the brands I've used in the past have had at most a ziplock like little bag for storage. This is much more convenient and usable.Color:The neon yellow/green color is great, easy to spot if you drop them or they come off in the night. Other brands I've used are a tannish color that happened to match our carpet close enough...leading to a few lost and later foot squish discoveries. Nice little change I didn't know I'd appreciate.Noise Prevention:My test is to be in my bathroom with the fan on. Plop them in and listen to the sound of the fan disappear. These work great and drown it out completely. You can still slightly hear snoring and I doubt any fire alarms or loud noises would be blocked out...but it nulls it enough that I sleep just fine. As said in the summary, one of the best I've found and my current top choice. I've had ones that block noise a little better...but at the cost of comfort and much more ear pain.CONSSore Ears:This is not unique to these, but as with all earplugs I've tried...after repeated use or just after a full night they can make your ears a little sore. These do however do a good job of limiting that pain as they have a good mix between firm and soft.

Life changing.
Absolutely changed my life. My wife’s snoring had got to a point where it was affecting my health, and I truly didn’t know what to do next even sleeping in another room hadn’t helped. It is that loud. These earplugs are amazing. Make sure that you roll them between your fingers before inserting them so that you can get them all the way into your ear canal. Once they’re properly installed they block out all sound absolutely no comfort issues whatsoever. I have slept with White Noise my entire life so I didn’t know how I would handle Blocking all sound out but the sleep that I get now is far better than I ever did with White Noise.

Block noise, but ears sore in morning
I need to block the noise of my partner’s BiPAP at night. The BiPAP is a medical necessity, so I need to handle my own sensitive hearing. These definitely block/lessen the noise so I can fall asleep, but they expand a lot and my ears hurt in the morning. I previously used the softest Hearos , but they did not block enough sound & my ears ached a little after using them for several nights. I was not able to use these more than one night in a row. Now I use wax balls (on Amazon called pq - for peace and quiet) and a Bluetooth headband (on Amazon called musicozy) playing brown noise.

Quietest and most comfortable plugs I've tried.
These are hands down the best plugs I've tried for sleeping. I've tried several other brands of foam plugs as well as a few of the reusable silicon types. None of the reusable ones are comfortable for side sleepers and most l all the other foam ones were either uncomfortable or didn't block enough sound. These are very comfortable and block more sound than any of the others.

Works but not for small ears
So these do block out pretty much all noise when sleeping. I could very faintly hear the thunderous snores of my husband when I would used these particular ear plugs. However, after wearing them for a few hours my ears would start to hurt enough to wake me up to pull them out. I'd try different depths in my ears or insert them at different angles, but I was still waking up with my ears hurting. In the end I decided to purchased a different, softer type of ear plug that does get the job done and block out enough noise to be able to sleep next to another loudly sleeping human.TLDR: these block out the noise, but hurt if you have small/sensitive ears.

Works well.... sometimes a little too well
I am giving this 5 stars because they 100% block out the snoring partner. I say they work a little too well in that if you do not remove them per the instructions on the back of the bottle, it could potentially pull out skin/create raw, aggravated spots in the ear canal. Since removing them properly, I have not had any issue. This is my second order. The decibel level rating is not the highest on the market, but these are the best ear plugs I have found for snoring so far and I've religiously worn ear plugs for sleeping for 15+ years.
