Perforations are incomplete
Paper isn't perforated all the way - It doesn't tear apart. I can get the top 1/3 to come apart but the bottom perforation doesn't allow the paper to be torn into thirds...So - Not gonna work for what it was intended to do and I get to reorder from another company.
