Really good fun
Really good fun and very easy for my 6yr old to use. He has already learnt several songs from the book. I've even had a little go myself.

Funcional
apesar de los malos comentarios porque no es a color, lo pedi y me parece que lo importante es que es fácil de leer , mi niño tiene 5 años y este libro ha sido la motivación para él interesarse en la música, si lo recomiendo !

Really simple for a beginner
This book has a really simple layout with the notes / letters given so you don’t have to have learnt to read music yet. I bought this for my 5 year old grandson along with a keyboard for Christmas and he could follow it easily and has already leant a few tunes from it. Great for a total beginner.

Don't judge a book by it's cover...
I have mixed feelings on this. I was disappointed because I was led to believe there was some color in the music. Some pros and cons:Con:Don't judge a book by it's cover. The only color in the whole book is the cover (front and back). All the pages with music have no color (only black on white paper).Pro:I like that some Christian songs are included.Pro and Con?:If you are looking (as was I) for music that matches some color coded stickers you can put on keyboard keys, this book does not have any colors. In a way, this might be good because you could color in the music in the book to match whatever color coded stickers you find.Con:Another downside is that the "level one" music doesn't show the song on the pages that are open to the student. Level 1 has all songs 2 ways: (1) circles (with the note title in each circle) and (2) music notation. But, each song is not shown on both pages when the book is open.Example: "Mary had a little Lamb" is written on one page with circles, but you need to turn the page to see the notes (music notation). When the book is open to the page with the notes for "Mary had a Little Lamb" , the other page the student sees is the music for the next song. It would have been better for students to see both at the same time so they could match things up.
