It was very difficult pulling the battery tray out and even harder to put it back. It didn’t work because the battery was installed backwards. Very bad / little instructions.Finally with help it works OK. - instructions should be included / how to set time etc on the Bose.

Took a couple of tries, but I got it!
Inherited a top-of-the-line Bose radio/CD player, without the remote. From the early 2000s, great sound but dated technology. No bluetooth, short range line-of-sight remote control. Expensive remote to get from Bose. Iffy to purchase on eBay. Tough to match up with correct radio. After 2 orders, this one worked out. Functions well, at a fair price.

Put in a battery and it worked great
All I needed to do was put in the battery (NOT included) and it worked exactly has needed.

Doesn’t work with the Bose player I have.
I returned the silver control along with the black control in one box. Now Amazon is telling me you only received one of the controls. Please confirm with Amazon you received both controls! Neither worked with my Bose player. Ruth Lourens

This remote is exactly the same as my original Bose remote (which got misplaced), except for the brand name on the top corner.
