A great way to organize and keep track of daily medications
I love these things. They were exactly what I was looking for to organize and monitor the morning and evening meds that I take each day. I got them to replace similar but worn out/broken dispensers, and these are even better than the ones they replaced. Each day of the week is clearly marked and easily visible through the transparent plastic snap-on cover, and I can tell at a glance whether I have remembered to take my meds, something that's easy to forget when my normal morning or evening routine is unexpectedly disrupted. They seem well-made enough, but I can't tell at this early juncture how long they are going to last. Even if they break sooner rather than later—as long it's not within a week or two—they are so inexpensive that I'd probably buy them again without a second thought because I'm so satisfied with everything about them. You should be aware that the individual pill chambers are on the small side so if you take a large number of daily medications or if any of the individual pills are unusually large they may not all fit. Fortunately, in my case this isn't an issue as my meds easily fit with room to spare.

Nice organizer
I need to take 2.5 pills in morning and pre-cut, so this is nice way to load up week and also make sure I actually took the pills. I like the compact design. It feels a bit cheap and hope the cover and spin mechanism last, but no issues after a month so far.

Very nice little dispenser
Love this pill organizer! I would give it five stars but for a small design flaw I will get to in a minute. They arrived well packaged and in good order. The colors are vibrant and really nice. The organizer itself is easy to load with your pills. Simply open the dispensing door and then open the top clear panel (gently don't hulk-smash it); the clear panel itself has a small notch which holds it secure in one spot - if you just tear it open, you will likely break it. Load your pills and slide back into the notched area FIRST then press the panel back in place. Shut the dispensing door. Press button to advance days of medication. It's simple and brilliant. If someone ever made a metal version of this, I'd be set...but until then, this will do very nicely. If you are having issues with the turning mechanism not working, I have a thought about that as well.Design Flaw? Also, let me address something I have seen several times in other reviews for this product...ie... the turning mechanism won't turn: Upon receiving these and loading up my medications/pushing the button a few times, it seemed to stop working - I don't know if this was the case for everyone, but if you hold the pill organizer upright on it's side with the clear top facing you, all the pills fall to the bottom of their individual sections and you can then try pressing the button again, which for me anyway, had it working again just fine. The problem seemed to be one of my smaller pills would get itself wedged in the section divider near the dispensing door. It's easy to overlook, especially during moments of frustration. It has worked absolutely perfect ever since. I believe this is just a very minor design flaw in an otherwise awesome organizer. The section divider walls have a gap at the top that needs to be just a hair longer I think - it would likely eliminate the issue altogether.Note for my arthritis peeps: this pill dispenser IS doable. I was able to both load and operate it - no need for difficult prying or anything like that.I would absolutely recommend this product for adults. The only reason I wouldn't go younger is well one, little kids shouldn't be dosing themselves, lol, and two, teens often tend to hulk-smash things. They aren't always the most gentle of creatures. If you have a unicorn-gentle-type teen, then this would likely work well for them too.The little cases that came with this are perfect. They fit well and zip easily. I have attached one of the cases to the interior of my purse and just zip my pills up in that when I'm on the go. I got the four pack in assorted colors and I just load up a months worth of meds between them. Makes it super easy for me and I only have to fiddle with it once a month. When one runs out I just grab another preloaded one.

Smaller than advertised
Seems to work fine, so I was excited about it but I definitely does not fit as many pills as the product picture describes! It specifically shows you can fit 5 omega-3 soft gels. I can only fit one, so it doesn’t work for me. I take 2 omega-3s, one large multivitamin, and one magnesium tablet a day, so it doesn’t work for me. I had to give it away.
