Are these comfortable doing push up and pull up? I prefer body weight exercises so will these still be helpful?

^^You're not supposed to use BFR bands with heavy weight. It's meant to be used with lighter weight and fatigue the muscle faster. 30, 15, 15 reps with 30-60 seconds of rest in between.

I never got the free ebook in my email. how do i get it. i bought the product and it works well. would really like some back ground info and tips.

Contact seller; also the ebook could've been sent to your primary email.

I received my bfr bands but in a ziplock bag not in a pouch as described nor have i received the link for the e-book.

Hi, I do apologize for any confusion. We don’t advertise a pouch being included anywhere in the product description of this Amazon listing. Where are you seeing this? Also, the link to the e-book guide is on the paper that was inside the plastic with your bands (right below the highlighted text of the paper).

Yes, these are fully adjustable. You can see a video demo here: https://youtu.be/I8SKvFyJmAI

Way too big!

This product is sold as BFR bands for upper legs and calves. It is too large for my upper leg let alone my calves. A great idea but there is no adjustment to cater for an average size male. Useless! Very disappointing. The seller was very helpful and has offered a refund.

Go got the straps that you can fasten yourself, instead of the velcro one.

I bought these as a first try at BFR. My view is that these are way too broad, you can't really have them around the arms, because of this. more narrow bands would work much better for the arms. Also, i'm no fat guy, so my legs aren't that thick, got some muscle but not a lot. Putting these on the legs require almost no pressure addition at all. On top of this i bought the ones with only welcro and they are almost impossible to use on your own, you have to have a buddy nearby to fasten them. So yeah, not really satisfied, wish I didin't forget to return them..
