I had upgraded from a cheaper version hoping that the buttons would be more responsive, but it was actually not. the navigation pad , at least for the one i received, did not respond well. I would click left a few times and it would move once, Volume Up was slow to register the push. and same with all the other functions. Go for the cheaper one, the Amazon Choice for about $7 as that was what I traded in to try this.

I have been trying to use this remote for a few days now, I will be returning it. The buttons are infuriating, you have to press and hold for a beat before anything happens. Very annoying when you're trying to quickly navigate.

Remote did need pairing based on instructions, then works fine afterwards. I just got it so no problem right now. Will see how well it will be in the future.

Not as good as the OEM. It works, but you can't hold a button down to fast forward / raise lower volume, etc. (It needs to be clicked 1:1 - 1 click = 1 action)Also, the range is line-of-site. No more. Changing the channel from under the covers.

This product arrived with absolutely no packaging or instructions whatsoever. It was just a remote with no boxing or protective packaging of any kind and I bought it as a gift for someone which I now can't give to them as it looks as though this product was used. Very disappointed

Every time I push the arrows it was like I pushed them twice... so it would always skip over what I wanted... I thought it was a problem with my TV but after resurrecting the remote my dog chewed up, realized it was the remote.

An authentic Samsung smart T.V. remote, alas, that came with directions to pair it with the T.V. The photo helped get the proper remote after purchasing a "universal remote" that wasn't universal. One distinguishing feature of the authentic remote is that it has Samsung printed on the handle. Huge difference.

Terrible clicking doesn’t work right . Very disappointed!!
