Great value
Packaged well, but still found a couple scratches on the frame and trim, which is a little disappointing. It can be touched up easy enough. Install was pretty smooth. I got the trim rings too because at the time they were the same cost as the windows without. I donāt t care for them. They look nice and fit well, however they have a seam on the bottom that is connected with a crimp connector. Itās pretty ugly. If I decide to use them Iāll remove that and either go without, or braze them together and repaint the whole thing. Also the rounded corners make trimming it out more difficult, if your putting it in a cargo trailer like me, but thatās on my end not the manufactureās. All in, itās a good choice whether you are retrofitting this into an existing wall, or installing from scratch like me. I should also mention that the rubber seal around the outside is high quality. I still used some butyl sealant. And the screen slide up and down too.

Item was sent damaged.
This wasn't shipping damage. The package it arrived in was flawless and it had enough bubble wrap around it to make any pre-teen happy for a day or two. There's no paint damage around the area either. Which would indicate it was damaged before it was powder coated. This dent makes the unit basically unusable as it will never form a proper seal. And being aluminum would make attempting to straighten it risky at best.
