Did the job but the type that you can bend into a shape it will hold would be a bit more useful.

I had a bedside table with drawers that weren’t removable. As it does papers and things get stuck. I couldn’t close the drawer. The bendy bit and claws manage to remove all the stuck items. Useful for just about everything. Every home should have one!

Used this grab tool to rescue my daughters s21 out of a cavity wall, without a tool like this it would of been a much harder task, i.e boring holes in the wall to get my arm through or even taking the block wall down and rebuilding 🙈 quality tool with a strong grip, could do with rubber tips instead of metal ones but still worth its weight in gold 👌

Packaging and product both arrived damaged which I can only assume was from the way it was shoved in with other items sent at the same time. Product itself works and works well able to pick small items up but with the split already there it will only get worse so returning for a refund and will purchase again. The length was very long so might actually go for the shorter version. I did however find the mechanism quite stiff to operate but as stated does actually work well with reaching and picking things up. Hopefully next item is not damaged when I received it but doesn’t hold out much hope for longevity of item.

Arrived on time and did the job I wanted it for.
