So I had a leak in the disposal. The OEM piece decayed. I found this and had it the next day. One thing to keep in mind, the screw it comes with may not fit your disposal. Keep the original in case you need it. This was absolutely a great purchase.

Arrived today. Cheap Chinese crap. Has a hole where the inner mold was supposed to be sealed. Main housing does not seat and causes leaking also. TERRIBLE....this is our main kitchen sink and it's out of use for another week or two.
