MOES Tuya ZigBee Wireless 12 Scene Switch Push Button, Tuya ZigBee Hub Required,Not Work with Alexa, Battery Powered（Not Included）, Smart Home Automation Scenario Switch for Tuya Devices, White 4 Gang

As other have mentioned, this does not work with Home Assistant if you are using ZHA. I received a TS004F which successfully pairs but provides no functionality beyond reporting the current battery level of the device. This is using HA core-2022.3.7 and trying the various quirks and blueprints that are going around the community.

It's a zigbee device, has 4 physical buttons and the ability to flip it between a couple of modes (dimmer mode and switch mode) ( zigbee2mqtt has a page for the TS004F you'll want to find for details, switching is done by holding buttons 2+4 (about 6 seconds) until light 3 flashes once). There's also a blueprint for home assistant (if you are using home assistant) that makes using this dramatically easier, the zuzuman/ts004f one is the one that worked best for me. Only complaint is that it uses CR2430 batteries which I don't need to have on hand. In a pinch you can use a CR2032, it'll fit, same voltage but it won't last as long.

[4 gang] In a previous review, I indicated that almost none of the button functionality worked in Home Assistant (HA). As of core-2022.3.1, the following buttons now work: (1) left top single click, (2) bottom left single click, (3) top right single click, (4) bottom right single click, (5) top right holding for 3 secs, (6) bottom right holding for 3 secs, (6) battery level and change, (7) identity button. None of the double-clicks are recognized and the hold for 3 seconds is not working for the left top/bottom buttons. So, you get 6 functions in total out of 12. There may be online resources to unlock the remaining functionality, but this is what works out-of-the-box as of core-2022.3.1.

I bought this switch to try out with Home Assistant. After pairing it and attempting to test it out I found that only 2 of the buttons actually sent Zigbee events that were understood by Home Assistant (ZHA w/ Nortek stick). I've spent a lot of time on this, and it turns out that there must be some mix-up at the factory with these (there are lots of sellers, you can find all different "brands" of this same device). In the past, people have ordered this switch and gotten a TS0044 device, which had 12 scenes (1x, 2x, hold, for each of the 4 buttons, total of 12). This TS0044 worked with Home Assistant. But now people are receiving a TS004F device, which has a different circuit board inside. This one is technically an on off switch on the left 2 buttons, and a dimmer on the right two. Using a custom quirk in Home Assistant, a few dedicated Smart Homers were able to get it to have 6 scenes (1x for the left 2 buttons; 1x, hold, and release for the right 2 buttons). This is half of the scenes that are promised in the item description. I really wanted to give this thing a 5 star review, but I have to give it a 1-star unless/until the seller can provide a replacement TS0044 for this junk TS004F. I tried to pair this piece of crap with SmartThings multiple times, I bought the Tuya hub to see if that would solve it and it never worked. The review that says it works with ST is lying.Stay away.

If you have Tuya Lights this is a good send so you don't need to constantly need to use your phone.

Although I purchased due to this being on the compatible equipment list for hubitat I did notice it only shows as a single button device so far. I will update if it works with OEM application while using the hubitat hub hopefully gaining full device functionality.

I just spent the day searching all the forums and the latest models of this device have been altered to not be zigbee compatible. This makes them not work right in smartthings. They will pair, but do not send any button events, even under the debugger/simulator.
