Do not buy
Maybe I should have read the description more but this is more for bird cage liner than a book. Seriously. The thing is like 8 pages long of crap you can just google. Whoever gave this a good review must have had zero prior knowledge of working out whatsoever.

helpful guide on gaining weight
I’m on my late 20s, but my body looks like a fifteen year old girl that just start to show. It is because I’m skinny, flat chested and have a no show ass. To say I’m not happy with my body built is not an understatement. I hopelessly tried everything just to gain weight. Mostly taking supplement and eating a lot. When I say a lot, it is a lot! I eat like a hardworking man sadly; I just can’t gain weight at all! I never tried exercises to gain weight because I thought it will just make me loss more weight. But after reading this bodybuilding exercise to gain weight muscles and fats for my so skinny body I’ve changed my mind. This book tackles the exercises and food that you have to supply your body to build fats and muscles for your body. The photos in the book are also a big help. I will recommend this book for other hard gainer out there.
