PERFECT
These were just what I needed. Most sets of front-end suspension parts for the Xi's (All-wheel drive) cars come with the bushings and not the carriers or "Retainer Bracket". This is a huge problem if you don't have a 25Ton press to push the old bushing out and then install these. I have a press, and I still wasn't able to replace the bushings in the set I ordered from another maker because they were 1mm too big. These bushings are centered in the carrier, which is different from the mounting from OEM. Theoretically they should be pressed in about 2/3rds, not half way. I wondered if this would be an issue...it absolutely isn't. The Autoacer bushings made the car feel 10 years younger and the steering sharp. One note for installing these: You should loosen the four bolts on the front subframe. The two at the front (by the grill) you can just loosen a single turn, and the rear ones you can release most of the way. That will give you the 1/4 to 1/2 inch of clearance you need to install these. I was able to get the passenger side done in about 15 minutes and the driver's side in 20. You'll need a three-jaw puller or something similar to get the old bushing off the control arm if you're not replacing the control arm at the same time.Great part, and for a fair price for the market. Honestly, if you tried to remove and mount these bushings in the retainer bracket by yourself you'd probably be happy to pay someone $500 to do it for you :)

They appear to be a great replacement part
I used these front control arm bushings on my 2001 BMW 330xi. I'm not familiar with this brand but so far these appear to be a good quality replacement part. The rubber bushing looks strong and once installed I immediately felt that the front end was tighter. The old bushings had quite a bit play so there was quite the difference. I really like the fact that it comes with the bushing already pressed into the bushing retainer, normally is comes separate and you need a press to assemble it. The bushing needs to be just a bit offset in the retainer which these were and the bushing also needs to be turned in the retainer a certain way (the whole in the bushing is not centered) which again these were assembled correctly. I needed a 3 jaw puller to get the old bushing off and then applied just a little bit of grease on the control arm and used a plastic mallet to get the bushing onto the control arm.So far I feel that these are good quality replacement bushings, time will tell on the longevity but I don't see why they shouldn't last a while.
