Simple, yet challenging movements. Great book.
The book is clear, concise and it’s written in a way that is not intimidating. The exercises are simple, yet challenging, so you can really feel the work that you’re doing. No need to have any specialised equipment, so you can do it on the go or at home (I’d recommend having a pair of yoga blocks, though). A brilliant way to get more flexible.

Great primer to strength and flexibility training!
I bought this book wanting to become more flexible and strong, also hoping to do the move presented on the front. I like how Roger Frampton has redefined moving and flexibility through this book and has offered a way for us to move like kids again. I've always been interested in gymnastics and being flexible is something I've always struggled with. In the book Roger breaks down each move step by step and gives clear pictures as to what is going on with your body. You will not be a gymnast or yogi over night, but if you are patient and consistent with the 10 minutes a day, you will make progress!Overall , I like how this book outlines a simple plan to follow, and even just after 10 minutes my body feels loose and realigned even. I purchased the ebook first and though is on my phone and I can switch back and forth when using my timer, I would recommend buying the paperback over ebook because all the information and pictures for a specific is on one page as opposed to scrolling on your phone to find what you are looking for.

An excellent guide to re-gaining your flexibility
If you follow his instagram or youtube, you'll know that Roger Frampton is serious about stretching. His book lays out a step-by-step stretch plan to guide you back to a flexible and strong body. The book is set up to let you track your progress week by week and adjust your exercises to the next level when you are ready. The layout is easy to follow and clean and the photographs are informative and fun. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to get back to and stay in top form.

Good for building strength and flexibility.
Been following this fitness plan for over a year. There isan app. available that follows along with the book for all ages. See the Roger Frampton Method exercise app. Verymotivating and easy to work at your own pace.
