Very Comfortable!
Been struggling to find the right Bluetooth earpiece, and this one is great! Excellent sound (my caller sounds clear), good volume, works well with music too, and fits perfectly in both ears. Like the on/off button on top - is very easy to access. Battery lasts a nice long time as well. Very happy!

Terrific Value
There's a saying we know all too well: "You get what you pay for".Because it's such an exceptional value, this little guy seems to defy that adage.Sound quality is clear-as-a-bell. And more importantly, The people on the other end on the line think the sound quality is great, too. When I think of all the dough I squandered on other headsets (from big-name manufacturers, to boot) for just mediocre performance, I feel gypped.Over the years I've owned MANY of Bluetooth earpieces, and this definitely gets the job done. Granted, the packaging is nothing to write home about, but who cares? The accompanying pamphlet isn't flashy, but tells you what you need to know.I unpacked this and gave it a full charge. And by the way, it holds a charge for a long time.Initial pairing is quick and effortless. When its powered on, a voice (female) says "Power on...pairing...connected. And you're good to go.And you can listen to music through this thing.Granted, it's not a Bose...but it is what it is.As Bluetooth headsets go, you'd be hard pressed to find a better value. For the liabilities:There is no voice dialing, or noise cancelling. The ear loop is flimsy and has a tendency to pop off.Granted, if it ever gets lost, you can use this without it...(but that's lame). When you power this on, a little female voice says:"Power on. Battery high" - there's a beep - and then she says, "Connected".Interestingly enough, battery power is always reported as being "high". The only way you know it's time for a recharge is when this fails to maintain a connection...which can be damned inconvenient.Keep in mind:That little female voice won't tell you it's time to charge- or that you should brush your teeth twice a day, or wait a half hour after eating before going in for a swim.It doesn't nag....Which I guess could be listed as an asset.Just to play it safe, I charge this every week - or perhaps fortnightly.I depend on my earpiece quite a bit - and after almost a year it continues to perform like a champ.I'm waiting for it to crap out, but for now it's tip top.If, down the line this thing starts to act up, lose performance quality, become seedy, and turn into a general nuisance, I'll let you know. But as of today, I'm good.In the end, I'm pleased to recommend this. When I'm in the market for another Bluetooth earpiece, this is probably what I'll get.

Functional and good value
For the price this is a good product. The sound quality is pretty good at my end but only fair for the person I'm talking to. It will redial, which is important to me, but after you double click for a redial, it gives no indication that the redial is in progress, the other person's phone just starts ringing if the redial is successful. Other Bluetooth ear pieces I've owned will at least say "redial" so that you know it took your double click (you know that you hadn't clicked too fast or slow). For the price I can afford to have a couple spares around for when I lose one, which seems to be a regular thing, so in my opinion it's a useful purchase.

Works well for the price. But see update....
I've used this a few days now and have a few observations. The audio is clear, on the high end of the spectrum meaning it's relatively narrow-banded, audio-wise. I also bought a Plantronics Explorer 50 at the same time, and the explorer has a deeper sound.Haven't had any complaints by the person on the other end of the phone, so it's fine. The range isn't great, but that's not usually an issue in my small apartment.Turning on & off isn't a big deal; just have to press that center button long enough for both.Paired immediately, no issues.I haven't used the ear hook that came with it; no need because the in-ear loop holds it strongly. It's so light-weight it doesn't wobble even if I vigorously shake my head. The ONE thing that bugs me the most is the FIT of the in-ear loop. Perhaps I have small inner ears, idk but I would have LOVED to have a smaller one. The extra one they give you is the exact same size. It hurts my ear a bit where the slight grove in it meets skin, so I have to rotate it oddly so it doesn't just kill my ear.Would have been happy to give a 5 if not for that.Update:I bought their updated version and so far, not happy. Speaker has a buzz in it, among other things.... awaiting a replacement and will report back.
