I was looking for an oil for consumption and this was the option Amazon gave me. Reading the label on the back, it clearly says that it cannot be consumed. It won't even let me return it; it will go in the trash completely new.

It's good. Just what I expected

The description says it's good for ingestion but it says on the bottle for external use only. Not sure why these days none of the castor oils can be ingested. Our parents and grandparents used castor oil, just not long ago, as a daily regimen. I need clarification on whether or not this brand can be ingested because I want to use it for infusions.
