They look great! There are a couple unfortunate bends in the plastic figures but, thankfully, nothing severe or impacting playability. The larger figures were untouched.

Be careful removing the Couatl
Bought this set to complete my primary elemental minis. Everything else was bonus for me (and I never turn down extra minis!). The packaging was good and protected the minis well, but the Couatl broke off it's stand as I tried VERY carefully to remove it. A bit of super glue later and it's on it's stand again, but that should be packaged a bit differently so you can safely remove it.

FINALLY
I've been waiting for a set of normal creatures that the druid turns into or the ranger has as a pet forever and ever. Love it so much.

wizkids make mounts off set so the rider miniature can be placed on the same base.
seem nice, a little over priced, however, wizkids and everyone else needs to start making mounts off set so the rider miniature can be placed on the same base. it would also be nice if there was a little holder for the base of the rider on the base of the mount

Elemental size
So the figures look good and are painted ok but the elementals are smaller than if you were to buy them in there individual forms and that just kind of feels like a rip off to me.
