Reliable - Works - Easy to Install and Set Up
This is a great printer. Easy to unpack, easy to install and reliable. This is my third HP8610 all are functioning as you would expect of an HP product. I can print from my computer, phone, I-PAD or even email a document to the printer for printing. It is incredibly reliable. The HP printer cartridges are a little expensive but, if you want to save a few dollars, there are alternatives you can find on Amazon.

Do not buy this printer!
We ordered this printer because we had another one that lasted for years and was amazing. We only purchased a new one when the part that had to be replaced was $200. Just to be safe we purchased a 4 year warranty for the printer. From the beginning we had problems: paper jamming, crooked scans, printing out extra paper after each print request, and wouldn't print double sided. We called assuriion who gave us the warranty and we sent it back they returned it quickly which we thought was great, but then it did all of the same problems over again. We called and asked if it could just be replaced with a new one and we were told it had to be returned to be repaired 4 TIMES before they would replace it. This is unacceptable! Why purchase a warranty if this is what happens. If you buy this printer beware you could get a lemon one and you have no recourse except to send it back 4 times!!!

The printer departed 8 Dec 19 - Londonderry NH, to Lincoln Il The trip took 10 days on a field trip across the country....NH - Willington, CT - Kansas City, MO - , Topeka, KS , - Lenexa, KS, Champaign Il - Springfield Il - arrived at Lincoln, IL 18 Dec 19 at 6pm. The Amazon experience was great, But the FEDEX was BAD.....

This is my second all-in-one HP printer would not buy anything else in my opinion HP is the best just my opinion

Don’t Like
This scanner/printer forces you to save scanned items in a folder then send as email rather than being able to send to an email when scanned thus makes you go through extra steps.
