My 9 and 4 year olds love the Barbie Color Reveal series of dolls and so do I. It takes surprise toys to a whole new level. When I saw these, I knew I had to get these for them for Christmas time. There are 25 total surprises including the doll itself. The nice part about this is that you know the doll you'll get unlike the other Color Reveal series where you get 1 0f 5 possible dolls. The doll on the box is the doll you're getting - the drawing of the doll has a darker skin tone, but the actual doll is a lot lighter and is Caucasian, so be aware of that in case this is not what you want.When you pop down the front two flaps there are tabs on the bottom and the numbered punchouts. When you punch out the boxes, you have to be careful not to rip them because you can actually use them to make a winter scene out of the box. A fun way to reuse the punch outs. You get tons of surprises including 3 whole outfits and 3 sets of boots/shoes. Those are my favorite items and the clothes are good quality. I love the fuzzy pink sweater and winter hat/scarf. You get other things like a necklace and charm bracelet that are kind of cheap, a plate of cookies, a really cute snowman, a polar bear, and a color reveal puppy to name a few.On the 25th day, you get to do the Barbie reveal. The paint on the Barbie is gorgeous wintery blue with snowflakes on it and it's metallic. When you put her in the warm water in the tube, it makes a pretty shade in the water. I also like that they have eliminated the horrible frizzy wigs and now it's just a ponytail you attach to the hole in the back of the head. For the price point, you get A LOT - the 3 outfits alone make it worth the price since even one Barbie dress can run $5-$10, so you get 3 whole outfits with this plus get to do a fun Color Reveal. Very happy with this purchase and I love that they made this for Advent leading up to Christmas. It's a fun way to count down to Christmas for a Barbie fan.

My 6 year old daughter loves the color reveal Barbies, so of course this was the perfect advent calendar for her! We are only half way through opening, but she has enjoyed each day. The Barbie accessories are super cut and we loved the Barbie that’s included.You are suppose to be able to rip the doors off and put them on the cardboard layout for decorations, but they are hard to do, so we have been skipping that.Overall, exactly what it says it is. If your daughter loves Barbie, this is a great 25 day count down!

My daughter loves this calendar only complaint is that it can be challenging popping open that days reveal. The cardboard is good quality so doesn’t open easy.
