Spigen Liquid Crystal Designed for Apple iPhone 7 Plus Case (2016) - Space Crystal

I've always used wraps or clear skins on my devices to protect them. And I'd always put a case over that skin/wrap as an extra layer of protection, but I've never tried that combination with a clear case before I bought the jet black iPhone 7 Plus.So I was new to clear cases period. But I wanted a clear case to complement the jet black iPhone 7 Plus, and each case that I tried left that bubbly wet look on the back (where the case actually sticks to the shiny rear housing). This was further complicated by my decision to put a GLOSSY clear wrap/skin on my iPhone (not case manufacturer's fault) so I spent a lot of time looking for a case that would reduce or eliminate that effect.I found that this case, being slightly tinted black and having a dot-matrix pattern on the inside, produces the effect that I was looking for best. Also, I've used different types of wraps (BSE, Zagg, etc) in the past and they each have their own unique material properties which could produce a different outcome for others, but I currently have a Slickwraps skin on my phone now and it looks almost perfect. That said, I can't attest to its reduction of the sticky-look on all skins.Again I have a wrap on my phone and it doesn't completely eliminate the case sticking to the back of the Jet Black 7 Plus, but the dots on the inside go a long way (99%) to achieving that and work to my satisfaction. When it does stick, I find that if I put my fingernail in to the camera opening and lift the case up gently, or run my thumbs down the insides of the case from the front, the bubbles will stay gone for several hours. That's a win with this challenging combination.Lastly, I was concerned about the company logo on the right-hand side and the design type on the left-hand side, so much so that I almost didn't buy this case for those reasons alone, but what other reviewers have said is true, you really don't notice them. And yes I know that sounds crazy.

I purchased the Space Grey case because I already had the Clear Crystal case, and I thought the Space Grey would be significantly darker. However, it isn't. There is only a hint of darkness when compared with the Clear Crystal case.I'm not saying that the picture of the case is misleading, it's not. But when you actually get the Space Grey case, keep in mind that it's not as dark as you might think or expect it to be.I would have returned the case, but sometimes it takes more trouble returning things than just 'eating' the $11 you spent for the case.Other then that, the case is very well made. It's definitely not those cheap clear cases you can get from Ebay for $5. So it is worth the money. I'm just not happy with the subtle shade of the color.

Looks great, gives great grip (pretty sticky) and the little dots on the inside of the case that come into contact with the back of the phone prevents those bubble looking things on the back. One drawback is that due to the stickiness of the case, smudges appear on the rear of the case pretty easily. No worries though as they can easily be wiped off.If I had to nitpick, the hole for the charging port on the bottom is slightly off-center. If you're looking at the bottom of the phone (face up), the screw to the right of the charge port is partially covered while the screw to the left of the charge port is completely uncovered. This doesn't affect you plugging in Apple's charge cord or sitting it on the Belkin iPhone/Apple Watch charging stand I have. Don't know if this problem is unique to my case and is a defect.

Best case for jet black phone but it's a finger print magnet. Of course it isn't as shiny with this case. You can tell it has one especially up close. Also not the most protective but if you barely drop your phone and just wanna show off jet black this is the best case. It has a very slight hint of gray as opposed to just straight clear so it matches better. I would recommend it but only gave it 4 stars because of the finger print issue and lack of protection.

At first glance on Amazon I was very impressed to see a seemingly great product that looks very attractive, release for such a low price. The term, you get what you pay for, can not be overstated enough here.The best part about this transaction is the incredibly swift shipping speeds. Amazing, enough said. Now on to the actual product.This liquid crystal case, in my opinion is not optimized for the Jet Black iPhone 7 Plus. On the phone, it looks like a big clear bubble, and the buttons, especially the power button was extremely difficult to press down. Looking around the edges of the phone, you can see the case over sticking to the phone, creating dark water looking stains, no amount of rubbing and cleaning helped. Additionally this product is extremely hard to remove from the phone. I had to frequently fry my nail and fingers under, hoping not to scratch the jet black finish.I really wanted to enjoy this case since it has such stellar reviews, however it has unfortunately missed the mark. I will just spend the extra money on an iPhone case for Apple.1 star for the incredibly fast shipping, 1 star for the fast return policy.

If you're looking at this for major activity/drop protection, maybe look elsewhere. If you're fairly careful with your investment and want it to look gorgeous, look no further. Get this. I have looked at a TON of clear cases, none compare to JETech and Spigen clear cases. Case Buttons are raised, but the case still sit flush to them, which makes for an even better look AND feel. I like to know which button I'm pressing instead of hitting the side of my phone, hoping it was the lower volume button.

This case is a lightweight and perfect fit for my iPhone 7 plus. As opposed to other, bulkier cases, I hardly know this one is on the phone. It does a very good job of protecting it, and while I haven't dropped it yet, the corners of the phone would be reasonably protected. I don't think the Spigen case offers the same protection as, say, an Otterbox, but if you're looking for lightweight, effective protection for you iPhone, this case is both economical and effective.

I received the clear case next day with prime delivery. When I just get out the case from the box, it has a lot stain. However, there are a slip said there is included a wet cleaner to clean the stain. I though it can clean to well and have the same looking as the product images. The disappointment came with the stains which can not clean and there were some scratches which I can not get rip of. It is a second hand condition. :(The only positive is the fitting which is better than any brand in the market.

Fantastically slick case for the iPhone 7 Plus which feels great in the hand. One of the most important aspects of this case is the grip, the materials used offer a firm but easy to hold texture which ensure you'll very unlikely to drop. I'm very fussy about cases and like to ensure every side of the phone is protected which this does just fine and without sacrificing the slim design of the iPhone. Highly recommended.

Fits perfectly, no air bubbles on the back but it's hard to keep the damn dust going under. Update: my antenna bars have gotten scratches beyond repair. The dust I mentioned did a hell of a job. Make sure to clean it ONCE a week at least otherwise you will end up like me, with a severely scratched phone :)

I didn't want to cover my new jet black iPhone 7 plus, but read somewhere that the case does scratch. This case is soft, easy to fit and surprisingly does not distract too much from the perfect gloss finish of the phone.

Does a good job with protecting the phone and it's a smooth soft case so goes in and comes out of a front/back pocket easily!
