Fodmap book
I found this book, completely complicated. Trying to find certain foods to avoid, or foods allowed. I gave up. And it's left on the shelf. My doctor asked me to do a list of what foods started it or foods that was safe, starting of with certain foods. There is no organisation in this book. Literally has to go through all the pages.Need a less complicated book. Avoid this book.

Dreadful book
This book is awful. The lists in the different categories are very short and I have found better ones on the web. So disappointed. Would not recommend. Would give no stars if it were possible.

The help needed
This FodMap booklet helps me greatly to know what to choose and not to choose. Lately I’ve gotten busy and off track. I do see a difference when I’m not following my FodMap book vs putting it to use- Having IBS is no fun!-🫤

Great little book!
Little book helped me to begin learning about the low FODMAP diet my Gastro doctor wants me on. I had no idea about FODMAP food.I refer to it from time to time as I begin my journey. Great little information book.

Full of errors, omissions, and misprints
This book is obviously slapped together without even copy editing. Many typographical and grammatical errors. The food charts are incomplete, the explanations of FODMAP are brief and could be copied from the most basic health pages on the internet. The explanation of the chart scheme and symbols does not match the content. For example, there are many items listed as "High" in FODMAPs, but all the categories of FODMAPs across the line are zeros. Some common foods, for example regular "onions" are not listed at all but "green banana flour" is. (???). The last line in the Table of Contents is References Page 80 but there are no references in the book, either at the end or anywhere else. Don't waste your money.

Not a bad book for a list FodMap safe food
I have had serious digestive issues so needed a ideas of food that was safe for me to eat. I will say I wish there were definitions in common people terminologies because some of the rating system is confusing. It also gives you a web site or two to access for charting your experience with different foods. A super nice idea if there were such sites and they worked! I also wish they had more foods some that people eat more commonly. If you have issues and have not had breath tests to see what your sensitivity’s are this will not be a great help. I was fine for all but lactose and I did learn soy is also not good for me. Sadly a common replacement for milk. My great sadness comes from lack of veggies I can eat as they make me so sick. And this does have some suggestions that I will be trying. We will see!
