I am 6'2 not of muscular build and I ordered xlarge and they fit me rather tight. If your looking for something to keep you warm this item does not fit the bill. It's just a stretchy body suit, real thin single layer material but if you still want to order get xxl .

Yes, our long johns are standard american size.

It’s a base layer which is primarily to wick moisture away and keep you dry. You need to use a mid and/or outer layer according to the conditions.
