ORE International K323 Indoor Meditation Table Fountain with LED Light, 9-3/4-Inch

Based on another review I bought this for the metaphor of my cup runneth over, and loved it at first. After 1 month all but 1 light has burned out, and it's just not the same without them. It hums, and the top of the fountain doesn't fit well on the base. It's cute in a Flintstone's bronto burger kind of way. I wouldn't buy it again.

I ordered this miniature fountain for my home office on Monday, and it came on Wednesday. It looks elegant and makes such a fantastic sound. You can easily adjust the noise level by placing rocks or rearranging them. Initially, I thought pump was bit loud but realized that you have to use the suction cups to keep it stationary. Once I had done that, it ran quietly. Overall, it's a nice fountain for your home or office. 5 stars

The fountain itself looks nice and the stream also looks nice. It is lighted which is nice, but the colors do not change. The description says that the LED lights change color, which they do not. There are four small LED lights that only illuminate white light. Of the three water streams, one of them go crooked which does look a bit bad. The watery sound is nice. I would have loved it if this fountain indeed had color changing LEDs but it doesn't. Kudos to Amazon who gave me a partial refund of eight bucks for the lights, so excellent customer service on Amazon's behalf. Get the fountain itself if you don't care about the color changing lights. 5/5 if I would have expected white lights, and 3/5 now that I was expecting color changing LEDs.

I saw it on amazon and thought of gifting to my parents on their anniversary. They loved it when received but when we opened the box, we found that there was a crack on the pot placed in the middle and does not hold water in it. Even the lights, music and water does not work. I am pissed off with the product and would never recommend anybody to buy this product.

I like this better than any of the cheaper homedics fountains so far. Out of the box without any rocks added, the water sound is loud (a good thing!). The water pours to the front because the cup is slanted forwards, no ammount of tilting will make it come out the sides. The lights are very bright and of course covered by the water flowing over it, it lights up the whole room nicely. Adding the rocks can actually quiet down the water noise or also make it more pronounced. Its all about how you set them up. As far as looks, it looks great and is higher quality than cheaper fountans. The cup even looks ceramic. Which it is not. The aged look should last a long time in our house. The pump is quieter than cheaper fountains, this could be compounded by the fact that this fountain needs more water than others. Dont forget to wash out the fountain first of any dust that might get into the pump. Use only distilled water, if you use tap water, this will wreck the pump quickly. This goes for any fountain! Update: one of the lights burnt out, leaving 3 left. Being LEDs, they should never burn out so I suspect it shorted out.

Unfortunately, this fountain does not provide enough sound of water. Even with moving the stone around, there is almost no sound.

for the price a nice zen piece for my work desk.

The object I thought I ordered and the object I received were different, and this must have been a mistake. Oh sure, it looked like the picture--just had a remarkably cheaper appearance in reality. The plastic is a brownish hue with orange and green paint overtones. The interior and water spouts are cheaply fabricated. The left-most spout dribbles when the pump is put on low, whereas the right spout is well pressurized. The pump itself works; it's just that while working, it also produces a loud enough humming/buzzing/grinding noise to overtake the sound of the water. And since the left spout dribbles and sprays, the water sound isn't soothing anyhow. I was excited to relax to the soothing sounds of this fountain, but instead found that once operational, the fountain works best at raising anxieties and frustrations. I messed around with this thing for about an hour trying to fix all of the qualities I disliked, but to no avail. So, if you're in the market for an object that will be slightly more obnoxious than your neighbors' kids, then this is the fountain for you!
