Fabulous, Functional, and oh-so Retro keyboard for iMac users
I absolutely LOVE this WIRED keyboard. Initially I had my son change the key caps to a more retro looking style, but ultimately I went back to the originals due to the “feel” of the finger placement on them. The key caps cradle your fingers to prevent mistyped letters and have that fabulous “clicky” sound of brown switches. The “clicky” sound is reminiscent of typewriters back in the day, but I must add it is not an obnoxiously loud sound. My son, who is an engineering major, stated these are quieter than blue cherry switches and upon pressing the keys and the “click” is less tactile. He convinced me to order a different keyboard for my iMac due to the poor ergonomics of the Apple keyboard. This keyboard was equipped with a wrist rest, although it’s not soft, it makes typing easier. My wrists are happy with the ergonomic positioning of the wrist rest. This keyboard is wired, which I personally prefer, due to complete functionality without worrying about charging status. The wire is a well-made heavy duty braided rope wire that rounds out this completely thought out keyboard. The keyboard itself is a heavy silver metal that screams high quality and durability and is definitely a noticeable feature. The volume scroll bar is simply brilliant and the multiple lighting formats of the key caps are the icing on the cake. Simply pressing the F13 key changes the lighting patterns to suit one’s liking. I give this keyboard five ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for ergonomics, functionality, and the ultimate “cool mom” factor😉It’s definitely one of the best purchases I made from Amazon. I found this beauty in the Amazon warehouse for 1/2 price with the only flaw found being the original box having damage. I scored big time w/ this find! Thank you Amazon for giving this perfectly functional keyboard a second chance 😉

Classy for this non-gamer who needed a backlit keyboard - looks great with iMac.
I am not a gamer, I bought this product because I work on the computer at night & wanted to be able to have backlit keys.-Looks great, well packaged.-Cord is very beefy.-Lights on keys do a cool little welcome dance when you first plug it in.-Comfortable & ergonomic design. Feels nice to type on. No strain on the wrists.-Color matches metallic of iMac screen better than any other non-Apple keyboard I’ve tried. All-white back light is way more classy than the rainbow lights in other backlit keyboards. Plus it is just much less "gamer-ish" looking, meaning there are no skulls or guns or tacky crap plastered on the product.-Keys are much louder than the keyboard that came with the iMac. The key depth is much greater than the Apple issued keyboard. It feels much different to press down this far on the keys. (Drink spilled on original keyboard & fried it.)-Very cool toggle volume control in upper right corner. It is like a barrel roller with a grippy surface that allows for comfortable/quick/convenient volume control.-This keyboard was immediately recognized by the computer unlike the other keyboards that were supposed to be Apple compatible (I had to do a quick trouble shoot to determine keys with other keyboards I tried.)-Nice font on keys. Aesthetic reminds me of being in a nice hotel lobby.-Lighting of keys is low, medium, high. High setting is nice for daytime use. Haven’t tried it in the dark yet. It doesn’t look like they can be turned off. I can’t say for sure, I haven’t looked at the instructions yet.-After testing, all buttons are compatible. Unlike the other backlit keyboards I’ve tried.-The weight of the keyboard is nice. It is sturdy & well made.-After trying 3 different non-apple, backlit, gaming style keyboards in a variety of price ranges, I have decided this is the one. I will be sending the other keyboards back.-Only complaint, there is a slight delay with the delete (backspace) key, not with any other keys. And my husband says the keys are loud. He can hear them in the next room, which he is not used to bc Apple keyboard was silent, I think?

Solid, but a bit too wide and tall
I purchased one of these keyboards to try to improve the ergonomics of my work setup with my 2017 MacBook Pro laptop. I had switched from using a Windows laptop in an environment with two external monitors. Previously, I'd kept my laptop closed and just used the monitors along with an external Dell keyboard and mouse, but the Mac's best feature is its retina display, and I wanted to be able to use the Touch Bar and fingerprint reader. The Windows-style keyboard was very confusing to use with the Mac layout of the Control, Option, and Command buttons, and using a mouse was a pain because Mac OS X wants to use "natural" scrolling with both your touchpad and mouse scroll wheel, which is the opposite of the way I want my scroll wheel to work, and moving between Spaces on the Mac is easier with 3-finger gestures on the touchpad anyway. I gave up on using the external keyboard and mouse, but having my laptop and its screen down on my desk was causing me to hunch over a lot.I decided to get a laptop stand to raise it up a bit, but needed a keyboard to go with it. I was interested in the Logitech K750 for Mac, but it doesn't have any feet to raise up the keyboard to a normal typing angle. The design of the keys also just seemed "blobby" to me, which I didn't like aesthetically. This seems to be the closest to the layout of keys that I want (analog to a 104-key Windows keyboard, but with the Mac arrangement of Ctrl/Opt/Cmd keys). My biggest frustration is that this isn't available in a "tenkeyless" configuration with the number pad lopped off. I like having regular-sized arrow keys and distinct (forward) Delete, Home/End, and PageUp/PageDown keys, but I rarely have use for a number pad. I'd rather use that space for a mouse or touchpad.I got a Magic Trackpad 2 along with this keyboard, since I'd gotten used to the integrated one in the laptop, but the height difference between the keyboard and trackpad is kind of annoying. Hopefully I'll be able to find a stand to raise up the trackpad to a matching height. This keyboard seems oddly thick. Even with older PC keyboards, the keys would recess into a chassis rather than sitting on top. Unfortunately, I had to lower my desk height slightly to compensate for this, which reduced the amount I could raise my laptop's screen, which was the whole point of getting the keyboard in the first place. (The laptop screen went up by 3 inches, but I had to lower the desk by 0.5 inches, though I'd probably prefer a full inch drop due to the keyboard height.)I also wish this keyboard included some USB ports for plugging in other devices. The integrated USB cable for plugging it in also seems rather huge -- I don't think I've seen one that thick in ages, if ever, so I don't think it's necessary.I feel this is one of the best Mac keyboard options out there, but unfortunately it doesn't particularly stand out among the whole population of keyboards since there are so few Mac options.

Broken key bg light - no refund received after 3 months
Keyboard itself is not that bad, bit slow, but service is terrible.I got my KB that had bg light on t key broken, I returned KB, and 3 months later still no refund.I sent 5 emails and all of them stated that refund is not processed Yet.If there is way to give 0 stars that would be for service, KB itself 3d as it is bit slow and to loud for my personal taste.

Super fast delivery from the USA. perfect keyboard for Mac users
just received my new keyboard today. still getting used to it has I have been using either my MacBook keyboard or a magic keyboard. I love the click clacky sound, which takes me back many years. The delivery was so fast too. came all the way from the USA in less than a week. Fully informed by both email and text of it movements via FedEx. I would recommend the keyboard, even only using it for a couple of hours. I know using this my productivity will skyrocket and my wrists won't be aching at the end of the day.

Excelente teclado
