This product is the real deal! I needed a rail to put on the steps outside going down from the deck to the ground, I didn't feel safe with the rail that we have been using. I found this company on Amazon and this rail looked like just the one I needed. I needed 2 rails, I bought a 4' and a 7' length for 2 sets of steps. I placed the order and it arrived in 2 days. The box was very neat and well secured. I opened the box and the pipe and brackets were well wrapped and protected by styrofoam. I was very impressed how heavy the end brackets and the piping was. I thought they were steel at first but they were aluminum. The pipe is at least 1/8" thick. The quality is in this product, powder coating is perfect. Made in U.S.A. I recommend it any day. Would buy it again. Good instructions, all hardware included Easy installation. I would give this product an extra star for quality & value.

I ordered 4-ft handrails for the stairs in my breezeway. I wanted ones that were sturdy, functional and aesthetically pleasing. These checked all of the boxes! The powder coated finish is attractive and smooth. They came with everything needed for a quick & easy install.

Modern and stylish. The silver color is a subdued metallic color. Not like chrome but beautifully finished and thick on the fittings of both ends. The tube itself is natural aluminum color. There are two rings to hide the joint between the fittings and the tube but if you attach it tightly, you don’t need to use them, unless you need to cut short the tube and not able to get a clean an straight cut. The rings will hide any edge issue of your cut. The unit comes with many screws of various lengths and with anchors of you need them. If you can find the studs of the wall, you won’t. You should try to at least catch the studs on one end. It is an excellent rail and quality made. The rounded closed ends also make sure you don’t catch your clothing around the end and get snagged. It is a safety advantage.

This is a nice, sturdy handrail. I love that it comes in different lengths and colors. (The glossy beige nicely matched our house paint, perfect for outside installation.) And what I didn't realize until I read the easy-to-follow instructions, you could customize the length of handrail by using a hacksaw.Three gripes, one major and two minor: (1) The handrail does not fit snugly into the mounting elbow/hardware, so as delivered the handrail rotates when you grab it - not completely safe. I used gorilla glue to secure the inside of the mounting hardware to the handrail, which seems to be working so far, but it's unsatisfactory to sell a handrail that rotates, particularly when the manufacturer boasts that it's "ADA compliant." (Imagine grabbing the handrail during a fall and having it rotate in your hand.) (2) The manufacturer provides mounting screws with a square head, instead of a normal cross-tip/Phillips head or even a star-shaped one. If you don't happen to have a SQ2 square head driver (I didn't), you'll be trekking to the hardware store. (3) The mounting screws are not recessed into the mounting hardware, making the screws more visible than they need to be (although the screws match the color of the handrail).See photo for color match and non-recessed SQ2 mounting screws.

Very nice handrail small enough for children to hold and very strong and sturdy for big guys like myself. Very clean and cosmetically nice to look at. Couplers needed a little sanding. Otherwise it was easy to install. Highly recommend.

This rail is perfect. Great quality. Was installed properly. Highly recommend if your needing durable rail.

Extremely happy with this hand rail which we used for the side entrance on our newly constructed house. The quality, color and design were a perfect fit. Love the slightly textured finish and the solid feel of the rail. We were having a hard time trying to figure out what type of rail to use. This has a handsome look and meets State building codes which requires that handrails returns to the wall(no open ends that can catch clothing or purses). We have had several compliments on the railing including from our builder. As an added bonus is was an extremely economical alternative. We did use longer screws than the ones supplied but that was no big deal and will eventually touch them up to match the rail. Definitely hit a home run with this purchase!

Very happy with the finish and thickness of the aluminum tube used to form this hand rail. The end caps are well made and quite sturdy. The hand rail was very easy to install by drilling into bricks on the support wall and using concrete screws.
