Prodotto scadente e rotto

Il prodotto che mi è arrivato era di pessima qualità, in plexiglas opaco degno solo delle peggiori imitazioni cinesi; del tutto ingiustificato il prezzo. Inoltre il prodotto aveva una incrinatura nella plastica dovuta sicuramente all'eccessivo avvitamento di un morsetto, rottura non certo provocata durante la spedizione (il che significa che il prodotto è stato spedito già rotto).Consegna e reso effettuati nei tempi previsti (brevissimi), ma la qualità del prodotto era assolutamente scadente.
