i am satisfied with irregator,works well an properly, recomendetions from me.very good desgn,comfortable for use,cool for travaling,very usfull stuff.

I could not remove water tank. It would not twist off as instructed. I tried warm water for 2 minutes. I know, as some smarty said, that water can be added to the hole at bottom edge. But I would think the tank should come off to clean with soap and water. I even contacted customer help. But they gave same “hints” to open. My advice Do Not Buy This One!! Originally a 1 star!UPDate.. I give this 5 stars. After several contacts with customer service. I got a replacement. The water tank is easy to remove for cleaning. The device is easy to clean, use, and being it’s portable I can carry it in my suit case when traveling. I recommend this water flosser for quality and price.

Honestly when I bought it I didn't think it'd make that much of difference compared to regular flossing. After having it for about a week now, I now know I was definitely wrong. It makes a huge difference and my teeth feel and look a lot cleaner. I personally find regularly flossing hard since my teeth are close together but with the water flosser the whole flossing process is quicker, easier, and overall better.
