Update, a couple of weeks later:I am giving the vendor the benefit of the doubt regarding the initial response which was poor, but apparently due to things outside of their control. I am also removing much of my negative review below, but that's mainly because I write WAY too much anyway! :)The vendor sent me a replacement, which is of better quality than the original (with some additional parts that are also improvements over the original kit). I am very thankful, and appreciative. As I had said, I hate leaving negative reviews; I've only done so a few times over the many, many years I've used Amazon - most vendors work hard to satisfy customers, and come through when there are problems, as the folks at Kalaidun did.=======Former review:I hate leaving negative reviews, but I also think customers need to be aware of poor customer service.I bought this set in January 2021. Really really liked it, a good value, every driver bit imagineable, easy to keep organized. Have used the set countless times, almost daily.Unfortunately, last year, the little plastic 'cap' on the small driver - the one meant to be free-wheeling so that you can spin the driver while pushing down, just fell off (see photo). Putting the cap back on - well, it'll work for a few seconds, but if you lift your hand off of it, it'll stick to your hand and then falls off. The driver was never dropped or abused, I've no idea why it fell off.Contacted them."Hi, Order# xxx xxxxxxx xxxxxx. I've been very happy with the set. One problem though, a while back the top of the small driver - the cap that rotates so it's easy to turn - came off, and won't stay on. It's very inconvenient, as it's needed to easily turn while tightening or loosening. I'd like to take advantage of the lifetime warranty, and request a replacement of the smaller driver. Taking into account the time difference between China (where I assume they're located) and the US, I remained patient.About twenty hours later, I 'pinged' again: "One last attempt. You requested a photo, I sent it. Are you willing to honor your lifetime warranty?""Lifetime warranty" is a vague term. But it's also one that most people have a reasonable understanding of. If a failure isn't due to abuse or normal wear and tear, and not within the expectations a customer would have, then a replacement, a 'fix', or some sort of credit, is a reasonable outcome.I'm disappointed. My request went unanswered. I was very impressed by the fast initial reply. But then not getting any response after that was not good.

Wasn't expecting much for the price and was already blown away by the number of bits. Bag is a hard material, color should fade but can tell a generation or two may get value out of this.... if computers are...well, still computers.

This is a great set. I work on pc's, laptops, cell phones, tablets and all sorts of small electronics. This set has almost everything you would need (for screws/bolts) and works just fine. Unless you are removing fasteners put in by the Hulk you should be fine. You shouldn't need an impact wrench or torque wrench to work on electronics... but just remember that these tips are SOFT and will bend/break easily.Other than the soft tips, I love the driver and the accessories. Magnet is a little weak, but I can get around that with small external magnets I have used for years anyway.The case has one drawback (for me) and that is that it has open sides even when closed and the bits will tend to fall out if you are not careful.It's not perfect, but it is a very good working set for most normal circumstances, and for most normal people.

but it has everything that you need to replace your batteries in your iPhones when both Apple and 3rd party storefronts won't replace it for you (5-year-old iPhone). I have high-end precision screwdrivers but was still short a couple of tools for the repair. Even with spotty quality it is amazing how much product you receive for the price, and it paid for itself in one use. I wouldn't expect it to last under daily use, or even weekly or monthly use, but, hey, it got the job done, and that's all that matters.
