2 thumbs up! Fun to play, once you get the hang and slightly offensive, if you have feelings. I don't!!
We love it! We bought it for a party and it worked great. We had to play it a few times before the party, to get the rules. It says like crazy 8's but it's more like uno to us. We had fu!n It takes a few hands to get everybody up to speed. Which is fine, everybody wants to read the cards anyway. They laugh and crack a few jokes about them, so it works well for the first 3 hands to be throw aways. But it's fun. I do suggest you play it first, before you introduce it. We'll be playing it for a while. Like uno, you can keep score. We play to 300. We didn't see a card value for each card so we played as follows. Face value cards are, ta da, worth the face value, kings and queens are worth 15 and the others are 25. If you play cards with friends or twisted people, it's sure to be fun. I recommend it, if you're not easily offended by things. If you've played cards against humanity and weren't offended, this one won't hurt your feelings either. It's no where near that bad. I give it 2 thumbs up.

Easy & Familiar Game, Hilarious Cards
I purchased this game for a game night with friends in their late 20s and 30s. It worked great to fill some time after playing a longer game. The game is simple and does play quite a bit like Uno. In order to play a card on the pile, the color or number must match the card on top. Wild cards are replaced with "Chaos cards" that detail different actions. The instructions include a "Quick Start," which can get the game rolling without turning a page. The characters on the cards are funny-the name, the drawings, and the captions. NSFW does definitely apply. To add a little bit of complexity, I would recommend adding the expansion pack. The expansion pack adds additional Chaos cards, making the game increasingly unpredictable.Overall, it's a simple and quick game with a familiar feel. I would recommend it for a light-hearted part of game night.

So much fun!
This game is a winner. It reminds everybody of Uno but with a lot more laughter. This game always brings a smile on everybody's face and it's a lot of fun to pull out at the end of game night for a "one last game" kind of game. Also just the box is impressive by its self great construction and stability. Holds the base game and expansion even with card sleves and has a magnetic latch to hold it closed. Best game box I have seen in a while. Cards are sturdy and hold their own against a small spill as I found out. Also I recommend picking up the expansion in addition. It just makes the game so much more fun!

This game has a specific target....and I'm not it
Very good quality cards and box. Probably the best box I've ever had for a card game....or any game. Excellent concept for the game and the art is very good. The cards' color covers the whole card which I love instead of borders or white back grounds.Gameplay is fine. Easy to learn....a little strategy....fast paced. Sort of like Uno with "destruction" type cards. In this game they are chaos cards...and that was my favorite mechanic in this game.NSFW rated but also just not funny.....simply crass. Its a shame because the colorful art work and idea of villain monsters like Trump and Kim Jong Un was why I bought it. I simply was expecting more of that type "historical" character monsters...and yes, there's Hitler. But I'm not sure why eldely are villified....that was a complete put off for adult family game night. Other cards are "racists, perverts, fetish, obese, cripple" to name a few. Flavor text on cards was a very lazy effort.

Hilarious irreverent game!!!
Play this with my adult children. It is very disturbing in a hilarious sort of way. be prepared to laugh at sexual, political and racial twists. For example, we are President Trump supporters. There is a ''Trump" card...with a caricature of him all orange. if you can just have fun and not take it too seriously then this is the game for you.

From a Parent of a Child with Special Needs - Stop Mocking and Find a New Joke Please
This game is a fun, easy to learn game for adults. The art work is fantastic. I expected the wildly inappropriate theme when I purchased it and this game would have received 4 stars, had I not gotten card number 12 - the special needs girls. As a mother of a child with special needs, I really wish that the creators of this game could have had more imagination in what they mocked in the realm cards. Instead they fell short and went back to the easy road of making fun of people with disabilities without a clear understanding of the lack of humor a life with special needs can present to those who have it and their families.

A simple game for terrible people.
Your kids could play this game, but I don't think you want to explain what's on the cards to them. Monster Misfits is the safer version for kids, though still not Hello Kitty nice. Play is not complex and is based on what is roughly an Uno mechanic. Chaos cards can change the mechanics of the game and add an interesting twist to the play.
