Culturally Proficient Leadership: The Personal Journey Begins Within

If you are ready to tackle the difficult work of becoming a social justice educator this book is for you. The authors provide narratives of their journey as they guide you to understanding yourself better. It is a great book for those who are ready to be self-critical. I would have liked the information in chapters 4,5, and 6 to go more in-depth and possibly the topics in those chapters could have had a stand-alone chapter for each topic.

Great read

I ordered this book to see what our local school board was planning on teaching. It turns out that this is another Critical Race Theory guide book. This subject matter has NO PLACE IN OUR SCHOOLS.
