Key benefits of the Pause Fascia Stimulating Tool include:
Begin with 3-5 long, slow, gentle up-and-down strokes as displayed in the diagram above. These long strokes should take about 30 seconds per treament region to complete.
Use short, quick, gentle up-and-down strokes in a 1" area for 3 seconds. Then rotate The Tool 90 degrees in the same area and repeat, forming a "+" shape. Repeat in both directions over the treament regions for a total of 30 seconds.
Repeat this pattern of long and short strokes for each area of the face, neck and chest. In total, it should take less than 5 minutes to massage the entire face, neck and chest area.
