This is the entry level hobby welding table you want
This is the entry level welding table you want. Don't go cheaper. This is solid, easily modified, with a decent top, and the finishes are good quality. Assembles square and true, and rolls nicely. The stabilizing feet are a must. Another $100 of parts and a few hours turned mine into a full featured table.IT COMES WITH CLAMPS AND MAGNETIC HOLDERS!!! The ad doesn't make that clear. This is a killer value.

Sturdy Welding Table for Home Welder
I looked the top over closely with a large framing square and was more than pleasantly surprised at how flat is was. The entire top was perfectly flat except for about the last inch of one corner and that corner did not vary much. Much, much better than I had expected. The accessories that it came with were also much better than I had expected., especially the clamps. The only gripe I had were the M8 metric lock nut nuts were too small to be used with a 14mm wrench and too large to be used with a 13 mm wrench (Chinese quality control?). All the other hardware was fine. My first modifications will be adding a middle tray to fit underneath the table top and some kind of cleaning tray. Overall this is a sturdy unit with a good welding top for the price.

A well built table that doubles as a utility cart. Hate the casters.
This table is pretty sturdy considering it's built up from sheet metal. It was simple to assemble, the instructions were clear, took about 45 minutes. The 6mm nylock nuts that attach the vertical pieces aren't the best though. I stripped one while snugging it up - I guess I overtightened it but I wasn't cranking that hard. So be gentle with the hardware, you can get it good and snug but don't overdo it.The top is the heaviest piece but I was able to lift it by myself (and I'm pushing 70 years old.....). It's welded to a frame of square tubes which increases its rigidity. I didn't measure flatness but don't see any evidence of warping, good enough for any project I'm likely to take on. I was concerned that the 4mm steel might flex under clamping loads but that hasn't been an issue at all. The steel is unplated (as it should be), subject to rust but no zinc to vaporize and poison you.The only flimsy part of this table is the handle. It's a bent steel tube with flattened ends which attach to the table with one bolt at each end. It flexes up and down pretty easily, and I'm sure would be easy to bend if you put much weight on it. Not a big deal, but not a plus either. The clamping kit is very much appreciated, and is one of the reasons I selected this table. The clamps aren't the strongest in the world but are not bad, and perfectly functional for the scale of work I do. They have to be attached with a nut from the bottom, unlike "real" welding table clamps that stay in place by jamming sideways. That does slow things down a bit, but for the price I have no complaints. The box it came in was pretty heavy, and I've seen videos about this table being damaged by dropping off the back of the delivery truck. In my case the shipping company (Estes Express) delivered it flat on a wood pallet. Much appreciated, the box was undamaged and the table arrived in perfect condition. The casters roll very easily, so easily in fact that you have to use the screw-down feet or the table will roll away from you while you're trying to use it. These feet are a pain for a couple of reasons: 1. you have to get down on your knees to use them, 2. you have to lift the table slightly while turning them, to get them in solid contact with the floor - not always easy to do given the weight, and 3. they have a nasty habit of rotating if they slip on the floor, usually for some cussid reason in the "up" direction, lowering that corner so the wheel contacts the floor and the table starts to slide around.Usually adjustable feet like these have lock nuts that prevent issue #3. This table should have included them. I think I can add my own lock nuts, assuming the threading is standard (it appears to be), though that makes adjusting the feet even more of a pain than it already is.My garage floor is slightly sloped, and the table rolls so easily that it won't stay put when I store it. I have to block the wheels. Locking casters would solve that, and allow the table to be used for small jobs without messing with the feet. If Klutch would add locknuts to the feet and some kind of caster lock to keep the cart from rolling around on its own I'd give five stars. In conclusion, this is a very functional table with some minor issues that can be easily dealt with. I think it's probably one of the best values in welding tables that you'll find. I would have bought it direct from Northern Tools (always like to avoid Amazon when I can) but they charge almost double what Amazon charges for shipping - strange. Anyway, highly recommended.

You get more than you pay for with this welding table
Klutch did a nice job with this welding table. It's sturdy and portable and easy to move. No it's not as good as one of the professional manufacturers but it definitely does the job. It has storage for your welder, rods, clamps etc... I didn't want to spend crazy money on a welding table and this was a great choice for me and works very well.

Best welding table deal available!
The media could not be loaded. This Klutch table comes complete with clamps and accessories to empower your welding and fabrication activities in the garage or workshop. The table acts like a cart and rolls easily on flat surfaces (e.g. concrete), with stoppers to accommodate leveling on slightly uneven floors. Included accessory pack provides enough widgets for most projects, and you can buy an additional Klutch-brand accessory pack and/or more clamps right here on Amazon, or directly from Northern Tool. Note - Amazon generally provides faster shipping and lower cost than NT.The kit comes in a flat box that weighs about 150 pounds. Assembly is relatively quick, with instructions and one-year warranty information included . No complaints regarding the bolts, nuts, peg-board, etc. This welding table is a great value as a total package. Don't be concerned about the reviewers here that nitpick the little things. The table if 40x24 inches in size. The holes are 16mm, not 5/8 inch (some third-party accessories work, some won't). The table supports projects up to 600-pounds in weight. The work surface is flat - not perfect flat, but plenty good enough for anybody building projects in this budget range. If you can afford perfect flat, you're not buying a fab table from Amazon.Bottom line - buy this table-cart-with-accessories kit if you don't yet have a proper welding or fabrication table. Once you're welding and building things, upgrading the cart with additional metal, mid-tier shelf, and other extras like a magnetic torch holder is straightforward. If you're looking for a top-tier, production-level welding table that rates as one of the best on the market, prepare to spend thousands of dollars and look elsewhere, not on Amazon. Tables of the highest quality are hundreds to thousands of pounds in steel. This Klutch kit is not a comparison to those expensive tables, but will complement any shop that requires a low-cost, high-value, wheeled table.I've got one for the garage, and may buy a second for the workshop in the near future. Love it!
