Q: Wil it work with a actman action camera?

Will work with any camera. I am mounting a GoPro 10 on it. The stablization s quite good but it does bounce a bit when walking which is a bit disappointing

Q: Can this be used with a gopro 7 microphone adaptor & a rode mic on a cold shoe? is it compatible & will the gimbal balance with the accessories added.

Im not sure but the balance is adjustable
