AMI Activated Carbon Filters (gac water filter) removes chlorine, organics, color, tannin, and objectionable tastes and odors from water. Offered in 1/4 Inch Quick Connect (1/4 Inch QC) in/out tubing connections, these self-contained filters are installed in-line, eliminating the need for an additional housing. Ideal for use as a polishing filter (post filter) in a home reverse osmosis system or as a stand-alone filter for in door water dispensers, coolers, coffee makers, or ice maker installations. This item is commonly used for the post filter in many standard 5-stage home RO systems including countertop reverse osmosis water filtration systems.
